Q. Why would I want a wood watch anyway?
A. We believe that making watches out of a sustainable, renewable resource, like wood, is a very cool proposition. We feel like it says a lot about the person wearing it, mainly, "I am unique", and "I am not afraid to wear something that is environmentally conscious", and we give that two thumbs up!

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We do ship internationally, we ship everything USPS First class. Additional shipping fees do apply, shipping total will be calculated during check out.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept every major credit and debit card, and can also take PAYPAL as well. Any other request, please contact us at Support@LuxWoodWatches.com
Q. Is sales tax charged?
A. Sales tax collected for North Carolina purchases only.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Prompt delivery is a great source of pride for us. Our goal is for all purchases to be shipped next day (engraved models take a little longer), and all of our orders ship via USPS first class mail, unless you select something different during checkout. In the case of a back-ordered item, we will contact you to make sure that you are ok with the shipping expectation. For international shipping, we will set your expectation when we get the order, but country’s customs are always an unknown delay.
Q. Can I order a watch that is on backorder?
A. Yes. Backordered watches can still be ordered. Upon ordering, we will let you know the anticipated ship date, and we can go from there.
Q. What is the warranty on my wood watch?
A. Lux Woods watches come with a 1 year limited warranty that covers mechanical elements, materials, and workmanship for one year. It does not cover normal wear and tear to the case/band, batteries, or crystals. It also does not cover accidents or misuse of the watch. Opening the case voids the warranty.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. Full refunds (less shipping) can be issued for un-worn items that are returned within 14 days of when the customer received the product. If it has passed that period, please contact us at Support@LuxWoodWatches.com, and we can work something out.
Q. Should I replace the battery myself?
A. We always advise our customers to have the batteries replaced by jewelers or watchsmiths, as they do this for a living.
Q: Are your Lux Woods watches water resistant?
A. Our watches our water resistant, but not water proof. A little exposure to water is fine, and should not be a concern, although these should not be submerged for any duration of time. So, washing your hands is fine, just don’t wear it swimming or while bathing if at all possible.

A: We do offer custom engraving, please add this service during checkout, and clearly indicate which 6 words (space constraints) you would like engraved. If we have any questions or issues, we will contact you.
